The Institute of History offers Bachelor and Masters study programmes. Skills acquired during the Bachelor and Masters programmes can be further developed through independent research work within the framework of the doctorate (PhD) in history.
In addition, the Institute of History offers teaching opportunities to students from the Pädagogischen Hochschule (University of Education) Bern and also participates in the Master of Advanced Studies in Archival, Library and Information Science (MAS ALIS).
